![]() ![]() I had to ask for a manager who agreed to call a store and have them ship me the correct color once I shipped the return using a label he would send me. I was initially told the only options would be to return the shoes for a refund to his grandmother once they received the return and in 5-7 business days she could order again (The lady who ordered the wrong color in the first place) or I could drive an hour away to the nearest store and exchange them. He had asked for a different color so I called to see how to exchange. My son's grandmother who lives in a different state purchased shoes from finish line for Christmas. I guess it's time to find another sneaker store. Mistakes happen, but the fact they're unwilling to assist a customer in making an error right is unacceptable to me. They told me no, you're free to return them & exchange or reorder. I called customer service & explained what happened & that I'd like to reorder them & asked if they could send them express or rush shipping ( their quickest options) free of charge due to the error. When I opened the box I was shocked to see 2 different sneakers. I received an online order today I placed Sunday. I wear Nike's every day & own a lot of sneakers, almost every pair bought from Finish Line. The first store I want to go to when I'm at a mall & I'm always on the website. I've shopped faithfully for years at Finish Line. I was very disappointed and Finish Line has left a very Distasteful mark with me. It just really is sad where this Finish Line has a group of ignorant Black humans working with the public Very disrespectful and inappropriately dressed for the business. We were then approached by another employee who failed to properly explain what should have taken place. ![]() This was never told to us prior to retrieving the shoes from the back that the shoes were at the $160 price. The manager who spoke with us stated the shoe was missed marked. My mother in law asked what happened to the $70 price. After going to retrieve the 3 pairs of the Nike Air 97 and we tried them on the associate rung up one pair. We told her the sizes we wanted and she then proceeded to speak with a member of her management. We were assisted by a sales associate and she seen the shoes pricing as well. Upon entering in the Carolina Place Mall Finish Line we seen 3 of the same shoes priced at $160, $160, & $70. ![]()
